Hayo! Hope y’all are doing well on this fine almost-Friday evening! I’ve got an apple cider wax melting, Outcast (the show) playing in the background, and I’m just enjoying all the things. The nerds have been keeping weird hours – like, weirder than I normally do, and that’s saying something – with the launch of Destiny, but it’s so nice having them all in the same room and talking constantly. Feels homey, y’know?

Before the night is over, I want to share a new-to-me brand: Wildflower Lacquer. They’ve been on my radar for several months, especially with this polish, but I just hadn’t pulled the trigger while browsing. I finally did, though, and I’m so glad. She’s a peach and this polish is ahhhhmazing. You wanna see it, right?

Right! This was an LE polish for Alzheimer’s Awareness, and $5 from each bottle went to her campaign, which will be linked here. She met her goal, but so long as folks have been purchasing it, she’s still been donating half of the cost. Makes me super happy, and you can tell just how much this means to her. As of right now, there are only a few bottles left, and once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Forget Me Not is a beautiful deep purple linear holo with a super strong flame. As we’ve seen with other purple holos, top coat seems to react with the pigment funny, and can almost dull it, but at the same time, it’ll intensify the flame. This is the case here, so I tested something out with it. My photos show just two coats, but I could have gotten away with just one. My ring finger, as you can see, looks a little different. It matches moreso what the polish looks like in the bottle. Instead of going directly over the polish with top coat, I added one coat of UNT peel-off and then top coat. Neat little trick, yeah?

Though, the polish is absolutely stunning with TC right over the top. I mean. Look at that blue flame, y’all. just. look.

As mentioned above, there’s only a few bottles left, but while it’s still available, it’s only $10 here with half of that going toward the campaign that she set up in honor of her grandmother who lost her battle with Alzheimer’s back in 2015.

Ugh, so pretty, right? I’m so glad I finally snagged a bottle for myself and I can’t wait to get my hands on more of her polishes. Wildflower Lacquer is still pretty small, but her formula in this one polish is so wonderful that I’m confident that the rest of her creations are just as kick ass.

I’m going to hop off of here, but I greatly appreciate you lovely folks stopping by! I only have 4 shifts left at my job and I have a TON to blog about, so I hope you’re ready to see whole lotta babbly posts from me!

***The nail polish mentioned in this post was purchased by me. As usual, however, my thoughts and opinions are my own.***
